For more than 55 years, Atlantic Fellowship Ltd. has been safely and swiftly ferrying travelers across the pond. Founded by Viola Wentzel, the daughter of former German Chancellor Kiesinger, in 1969, the travel club grew into a large European air consolidator thanks to the exemplary care and service Atlantic Fellowship provided. While times have changed and Atlantic Fellowship has grown into a boutique travel agency, the focus on client care has become even more personal. Today, Michelle combine that long legacy of treating customers well with a modern approach to designing immersive & exclusive travel experiences throughout Europe.

Michelle LeRouzes has been in the travel industry since the 1990s and has been designing custom travel experiences for more than 15 years. She treats every new journey with the utmost care and attention it deserves because, even after all these years, there are still new properties, new experiences, and new destinations to discover and share with her clients.
While Atlantic Fellowship Ltd. was founded in 1969, her cross-Atlantic story began with a college study abroad experience in Belgium. It was the first time she traveled outside of the U.S.—and she immediately fell in love with travel, with Europe in particular, and with the opportunity to flex her French-speaking muscles! Over the ensuing years, her work always revolved around travel in some way. She was a French teacher right out of college, then became a tour guide for French-speaking African visitors to the United States. Eventually, she settled into a multi-decade career working in ticketing and sales for Belgian, Swiss, and Austrian-based airlines.
