Insieme’s color palette is a balance between soft and feminine with shades of blush and rose fold, and rich and elegant with deep bold shades of olive green and eggplant purple.
Insieme means “together” in Italian, and the our client Aurora wanted a logo that incorporated a circular togetherness design element.
For the website, we used one of our Showit website templates, now available in the GBD shop! The Zara Travel template features beautiful color backgrounds, slanted lines, and overlapping elements that offers a more creative yet simple feel. It allowed us to complement the neutral backgrounds with gorgeous images of Italian architecture and ocean views.

Insieme was born out of Aurora’s Italian heritage, deep yearning to explore, and a longing to create a legacy through travel.
Both her parents were from Italy, and as the eldest of three daughters she’d say they were your typical boisterous Italian family. Family always came first, and she learned early on how dearly important it is to nurture life’s most precious relationships.
Family still comes first today—but travel is a close second! Thanks to her husband’s on-the-move career, she has packed up her family and relocated to four different countries over the span of 16 years, spending 4 years each in Italy, Ireland, Spain, and Turkey. Their expat life saw the birth of their second son in Dublin and the adoption of their youngest daughter from Kazakhstan. They spent long weekends exploring the Alhambra, popping in and out of centuries-old pubs in the Irish countryside, and—on one particularly brave trip—driving with two kids and a baby all the way to Morocco from Madrid.
