Behind the Scenes of Our Biggest Shop Launch Yet

There’s a project happening behind the scenes at In Flow Design Co. that has quietly become one of the biggest things we’ve ever worked on.

And honestly? What started as:

“Let’s add a few matching Canva templates…”

quickly turned into over 170 new designs.

Which feels slightly unhinged now that I type that out.

But the reason this launch became so massive is because these are products people have genuinely been asking us for over the years.

We would have someone purchase one of our website templates and then ask:

  • Do you have matching social media templates?
  • Do you have a welcome guide?
  • Do you have Pinterest graphics?
  • Do you have an email signature template?
  • Do you have more designs in this style?
  • Do you have matching client experience materials?

And the answer was always:

“We want to.”

Because I always knew I wanted our shop to eventually evolve beyond just websites.

Not because websites aren’t important. They absolutely are. But your website is only one part of your overall brand experience.

Your social media matters.

Your client welcome guide matters.

Your lead magnets matter.

Your email signature matters.

Your itinerary design matters.

All of those touchpoints shape how polished and established your business feels.

Especially in luxury-focused industries like travel where presentation and client experience matter so much.

Why We Decided to Create Matching Canva Template Suites

One thing I knew from the beginning was that I did not want random disconnected Canva templates sitting inside the shop.

I wanted every collection to feel cohesive.

So instead of selling isolated products one at a time, we strategically grouped everything into coordinated Canva template suites designed to support different parts of a business.

The new collections include:

Brand Stationery Suite

Designed to help business owners create a polished branded presence across everyday touchpoints.

This suite includes things like:

  • Business card templates
  • Email signature templates
  • Thank you cards
  • Letterhead templates
  • Additional branded stationery assets

Client Experience Suite

Focused on helping business owners elevate the customer journey and create a more premium client experience.

This suite includes:

  • Client welcome guide templates
  • Services guide templates
  • Travel itinerary templates
  • Additional client-facing materials

Social Media Suite

Created to help businesses maintain a cohesive visual presence online.

This includes:

  • Instagram post templates
  • Reel cover templates
  • Pinterest graphic templates
  • Coordinated social media designs

Lead Generation Pack

Focused on helping businesses attract and nurture potential clients.

This suite includes:

  • Lead magnet templates
  • Checklist templates
  • Guide templates
  • Additional marketing assets

Why This Project Became So Large

The biggest challenge with this launch wasn’t creating one Canva template.

It was creating every product across all of our website template styles.

We currently have 10 website template collections inside the shop.

So every time we designed one product, we were actually designing 10 versions of it.

One welcome guide became 10 welcome guides.

One social suite became 10 social suites.

One stationery collection became 10 stationery collections.

Very quickly, this became a huge operational project behind the scenes.

There were mockups to create, products to organize, files to export, sales pages to build, checkout systems to structure, branding consistency to maintain, and approximately one million Canva tabs open at all times.

And honestly, this project stretched us in a lot of ways creatively and operationally.

Because once you move beyond creating individual products and start building connected product ecosystems, complexity increases very quickly.

Why Cohesive Branding Matters

One thing I think luxury brands do exceptionally well is consistency.

Everything feels connected.

Everything feels intentional.

Everything feels cohesive.

And that level of consistency builds trust.

A lot of business owners focus heavily on their website while the rest of their brand experience feels disconnected.

Their social graphics look different from their website.

Their client PDFs use different fonts and colors.

Their welcome materials don’t align with their overall branding.

Individually, those things may feel small.

But together, they shape how professional and established a business feels.

That’s really the bigger vision behind this launch.

Not just creating “more templates,” but helping business owners create a more cohesive brand experience across every customer touchpoint.

What I’ve Learned Building This Launch

This project has also reminded me how much operational work goes into scaling digital products.

People see the launch graphics and polished final designs online.

What they don’t always see is:

  • backend organization
  • file management
  • systems
  • product structure
  • decision fatigue
  • launch planning
  • revisions
  • testing
  • workflow optimization

There have definitely been moments during this process where I questioned why I made this project so large.

But I also knew I wanted this launch to feel intentional and complete rather than rushed or pieced together.

And honestly, I think this relaunch represents a really big evolution for our brand overall.

It feels like the shop is finally catching up to the bigger vision I’ve had for it for a long time.

Our Shop Relaunch Is Coming Soon

Next month we’ll officially be relaunching the In Flow shop with:

  • our newest website template
  • all new Canva template suites
  • coordinated business branding collections
  • and a launch promotion across the shop

This is by far the biggest expansion we’ve ever done inside the shop, and I genuinely cannot wait to finally share everything we’ve been building behind the scenes.

And hopefully close at least a few of my Canva tabs afterward.
